NAUPAR now also affiliated with HISWA: good news for consumers!

Lelystad, 12 September 2017 - NAUPAR has joined HISWA, a membership that guarantees quality in the water sports industry. Companies wanting to join HISWA must not only demonstrate that they are professional and reliable, but also committed to the General Terms and Conditions of HISWA.

For consumers, this means they can be even more confident when renting a ship via NAUPAR. The HISWA General Terms and Conditions were formulated in collaboration with the Dutch Consumer Association and the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), making them highly consumer-friendly. Moreover, in the event of a dispute, consumers can now receive assistance from an independent arbitration board.
